The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, users must do so through their account settings or by contacting us at admin@musiciansaddition.com.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to their subscription benefits until the end of that billing period.
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods unless otherwise required by law.
Musician’s Addition reserves the right to modify or terminate subscription offerings at any time, with reasonable notice provided to users when applicable.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card;
- PayPal;
- Debit;
- Buy Now, Pay Later (Such as Affirm, Klarna, ect.); and
- Google/Apple.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option at the time of shipment. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and order volume. Musician’s Addition is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Digital downloads;
- Online courses;
- Lesson materials; and
- services that have already been rendered.
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
Refunds for services, including private lessons and scheduled sessions, may be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may offer to reschedule the session.
No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.
If a service is canceled by Musician’s Addition, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
To initiate a return, customers must first contact us at admin@musiciansaddition.com with their order details and reason for return.
Once the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions via email.
Items must be securely packaged and shipped using the provided label. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original condition, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

These messages may include appointment reminders, account notifications, lesson updates, promotional offers, and other service-related communications. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After doing so, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us. To rejoin, you may opt in again through our website or original sign-up method.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Severability
