Free returns or exchanges on any apparel items within 30 days of purchase.
Instruments
Free returns up to 30 days on used and new instruments.
Books & Accessories
Free returns within 30 days on all books and accessories. Must be in in original packaging with tags.

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more details.

Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process:
Please email us or fill out the return form below. Package the item in its original packing. We will email a return label.

Refunds:
After receiving your return, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email after the processing is complete.
